Moribashi are long, sharp and very accurate chopsticks used at the sushi bar for placement of sashimi and garnishes on the plate. They can also be used in all manner of cooking, from adding meat to the Nabe to lifting tempura from hot oil.
These Moribashi feature high quality stainless tips for ease of sharpening, buffolu horn ferrules and magnolia handles.
