Wagyu tasting - 23 Jan

Just in time for your Australia Day barbeque.

In this informative session we introduce Wagyu - Japanese beef. Wagyu is famous for its characteristic marbling of fat throughout the meat which contributes to the beef's tenderness and flavour. Australia has built a healthy herd of Wagyu cattle and is one of Japan's major suppliers of beef. Chef's Armoury will dispel the myths about Wagyu (similar to salmon the fat is actually good for you) and teach you tips and tricks from the Chef's Armoury kitchen on interesting ways to prepare this delicious beef.

Session includes wagyu recipes, wagyu tasting and of course the opportunity to buy export quality wagyu at our everyday great prices.
