The Art of Japanese Salads - Sat 17 April
Free Cooking Class - Japanese Salad Workshop
Many of you have tasted with delight the light yet flavoursome salads in many Japanese restaurants. These flavours are somewhat familiar but seem to be just out of reach when trying to prepare at home.
In this free session you will learn the secrets to preparing modern Japanese salad dressings.
The best thing about Japanese salads is they tend to transcend the seasons and keep their place on the dinner table even in the cooler months. Put aside those carb laden dishes this Autumn and learn a new approach to tasty, healthy eating.
In this session we will also explore sunomono or vinegared dishes.
