"Kiji" hunting knife by Kanetsune

Kiji is used by hunters for disconnecting the animals head. It is made from high carbon steel hardened to 60-61hrc and sharpened to a fine single sided bevel that is shaving sharp.

This knife can be also be used for cutting through tough sinew and tendons as well as boning. It is recommended for right handed use only.
