Chef’s Armoury is a specialist Japanese food and knives store and the number one importer and distributor of Japanese knives in Australia.
For many years we have had a close association with the Australian hospitality industry, working within every facet from wholesale through to management and operations. Chef's Armoury is a supplier to hotels, restaurants and cafes in Australia. We also sell directly to the consumer.
We focus on quality, functionality and that certain X-factor which is reflected in the beauty, sharpness and performance of our products. We sell high quality stainless and carbon steel knives with plain blades as well as damascus blades sourced from commercial producers and small artisan knifemakers.
