Noodles are a daily staple of Japanese cuisine. We stock a range of noodles including pure buckwheat soba, udon and ramen. We also have top grade dried kelp and katsuobushi for those wanting to make stock from scratch.
Miso is one ingredient that is ubiquitous in the Japanese pantry. It is used as a flavouring for soups, meat and seafood dishes alike. We also stock a select range of sauces. From noodle stock bases to sesame dipping sauces for shabu shabu...
