Keijiro Doi
A selection of blades forged by Master Blacksmith Keijiro Doi. Born in the year 1927 he entered the field at the age of 19 succeeding his father. After 60 years of training Keijiro Doi was officially recognised and certified as a Master Blacksmith by the Minister of International Trade and Industry. The knives forged by Keijiro Doi are amongst the highest grade examples of Sakai knives available and are renowned all over the world.
