At last ... This long awaited bread knife from Kanetsune Bladesmiths features fine sharp scallops and a black pakkawood handle. We have used this knife to cut crusty Italian loaves, delicate cakes and finger sandwiches for high tea. It gets a 5 star rating for all of the above. For those of you who like a serrated knife to slice tomato, this thin sharp blade will do it with ease.
