Deba / Filleting Knife
The deba is a heavy single bevel knife designed for removing fillets from fish and cutting through fish bones. The deba is generally made from carbon steel and has a keen long lasting edge.
Although the action of using a deba is very different from the thin western style filleting knife and in the beginning a little difficult to learn, once you've been converted there is no turning back.
