- We only remove the minimum amount of steel in order to preserve the life of your blade

Chef's Armoury can repair broken tips, chips and replace handles on traditional Japanese knives such as Yanagiba, deba, usuba. We can also sharpen your bread knifes, kitchen shears and mandolins.
