For Sydney residents we offer a same day knife sharpening service. Click here for the Chefs Armoury Map.
Chef's Armoury use professional knife sharpening techniques from the knifemaking districts in Japan. Specialised water cooled rotary stones and Japanese waterstones ared used to give your knife an exceptional edge. A minimum amount of steel is removed maximising the life of your knives.

Postal Service
Chef's Armoury offers a postal service from our Sydney shop to customers Australia wide. Simply order the service online, select the services from the list BELOW and pay through the shopping cart. Prices are per knife and vary on blade length and bevel type. Please measure from the heel of the blade to the tip. For repairs please use the “Repair please quote” item when booking your knives. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us.
Post all orders by Registered Post to:
Chef's Armoury, PO Box 6051, Alexandria NSW 2015 Australia
We will send back all orders via Registered Post within two days of receipt. Please pack all knives securely. A good method is to wrap each knife individually in newspaper and then place all in a tea towel. Then mail in a strong cardboard box or mailing tube.
