If you would like to give your knife the silver service treatment, this 3000 grit finishing stone is a great choice.

We recommend after using your 1000 grit stone, finish the polishing  on a 1500 grit shiageto or if you really love a mirror like finish step straight up into this 3000 grit fin shiageto.

Comes on its own non slip base.
