#60 grit Stone fixer from Naniwa
If you are sharpening your knives on a waterstone, over time you will notice that there will inevitably be a dip in the middle of the stone. This needs to be levelled out so that the stone is flat, otherwise the angle that you apply on the knives will be inconsistent and the edge produced will not be even all the way through.
The options to level out a stone are to use another flat waterstone of coarser grit or to buy a stone fixer which is the cheaper and quicker method of the two options.
You should ideally use a stone fixer everytime to make sure your waterstones are perfectly flat.
These stone fixers are imported directly from Osaka, Japan.
Dimensions:
170mm (L) x 55mm (W) x 30mm (H)
