Ultimate Non-Stick Cast Iron Cookware
Regular non-stick pans are coated with nasty chemicals like polytetraflouroethylene and flourinated ethylene propylene. They work well for a period of time but the non-stick surface becomes 'stickier' with every use and the coating slowly ends up in your food.
Naked pans are coated with - well nothing, they are completly naked. The non-stick surface is created by kiln firing the pan at a high temperature until an iron oxide forms. All you do is lightly season the pan before first use and you will have a non-stick surface that actually gets better the more the pan is used.
