Kishibori Shoyu

This premium soy sauce is made only from whole soybeans, wheat and sea salt. It is fermented in 100-year-old cedar barrels for over a year to fully develop a rich umami characters with a hint of caramel. This is artisanal shoyu at it’s best.

A full flavoured soy with rich caramel overtones and a briny finish.
