Handles to suit HACCP environments
These comfortable handles made from a thermoplastic called Polyoxymethylene or POM that is highly durable in the kitchen environment. The handles are slightly larger than on your typical Japanese knife and the dense material used also adds a little more weight. Because the handles are impervious to liquids they are also suitable for HACCP environments.
