Saji Custom 240mm Sujihiki for Chef's Armoury

This Japanese knife is probably the best yet from the workshop of Takeshi Saji. A medium length slicing knife with handle sculptured from ochre stained cow bone.

Please Note: The handle colour varies from light to quite deep ochre.
