Chosera Sharpening Stone Triple Pack from Naniwa
This pack contains a 400 grit chosera, 1000 grit chosera and a 3000 grit chosera.
Naniwa Chosera
The Chosera stones from Naniwa are a true upgrade from the Superstone series. Yes we believe the Superstones are an excellent product and in terms of quality are superior to 90% of other stones on the market but Chosera will satisfy even the fussiest sharpener.
The Chosera range are made from magnesium resin and have a 60/40 grit to filler ratio which leads to high performance and excellent wear resistance.
Chosera differ from Superstones in the following:
- Require a light soaking (2 minutes)
- 20% faster cutting
- Even longer lasting
- Excellent performance even on the hardest steels
The Naniwa Chosera sharpening stones range from 220 to 10,000 grit and are all made via the same resin bonded process to give a consistent “feel” through the sharpening process.
N.B. Please do not soak this stone for long periods as it will degrade the stone
