Cooking Sake 720ml
Hakusen Shuzo produces pure rice cooking sake or "junmai ryorishu" made with Hida Homare rice from Gifu Prefecture. Unlike the supermarket cooking sake, this is brewed to traditional methods with no additives or chemical seasonings. Thanks to the natural amino acids from long term fermentation Fukuraijun Ryorishu is full of flavour.
Refrigerate after opening.
Ingredients: Water, rice, koji (malted rice) and glutinous rice.
Note: the kanji name of this product is Fukuraijun Junmai Ryorishu. Junmai means pure rice. Ryorishu means cooking sake.
