Pure Yuzu Juice. Yuzu juice tastes somewhere between a lime and a lemonade fruit and is used extensively in Japanese cooking. Prevalent in ponzu dipping sauces, vinaigrettes and cocktails. A cult ingredient amongst chefs and mixologists.
