8cm Custom Petty Knife

Why should big knives have all the attention? This petty has been hand crafted without compromise. The blade is handforged from powder steel clad in damascus and textured with an acid etch.

A true custom knife with a handle sculpted from stag horn with highly detailed decorative pins and a solid stainless steel bolster. Extremely limited stock.

• As this knife is handmade, patterns, weights, colours and measurements will vary from the photo.

Knife care for stainless steel knives

• Never put in the dishwasher.
• Dry thoroughly after handwashing and do not store unless fully dry.
• Do not cut through bones, frozen foods or extremely dense items.
• Always cut with a smooth action and never twist the blade, sideways pressure will damage the blade.
• Use Japanese waterstones to sharpen your knife.
