Choosing the right cutting board will keep your knives sharp for much longer. EvaBlack boards are made from ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) which is more gentle on your knives than many materials (including regular plastic) and easier to clean than wood.

The 20mm thickness adds stability and as the surface becomes worn over time it can also be sanded back with a sanding block to bring years of service.

Custom made in Japan for Chef's Armoury in two sizes. The boards are a matt black colour making it easy to see the finer details of what you're slicing and dicing.

This cutting board will quickly become your favourite in the kitchen.

Please note:

• Do not put in the dishwasher
• Do not wash in temperatures over 70C
• Hard chopping will leave deep marks in the board
• Keep away from stovetops and hot pots
• Can be sterilised with bleach
• The surface may have some white marks from manufacturing or shipping
• For sanding it is easier when the board is wet
