900mm x 210mm Japanese Skewer Grill

An authentic Japanese fabricated stainless steel barbeque designed for grilling skewers. Whether you want to cook yakitori, kushiyaki, vegetables, wagyu or even Malaysian satay, this grill will suit even the most demanding commercial environment.

The construction is 18-8 stainless steel with internal stone and concrete material along the sides. Includes a heavy duty iron grate for the charcoal to sit on. 2 x iron bars are included for suspending skewers, although you can use the barbeque without the iron bars if preferred.

Vents on the side open for air circulation.

Can be used with grill nets (not included), although we do recommend tying them to the iron bars with copper wire or wedging them in place to stop them from sliding around.

For an amazing charcoal experience we highly recommend using Binchotan. Known as "the king of charcoals" - Binchotan burns with a steady even heat and the alkalised ashes are said to neutralise protein acids and other undesirable acidic products during cooking. Due to the intense infra red radiation produced by binchotan charcoal, foods are also quickly sealed. The flavour when cooking on authentic Japanese Binchotan is unparalleled, and as local demand in Japan far exceeds supply we are very fortunate to be able to offer this to our customers in Australia.

Please note: This barbeque is for outdoor use only or inside commercial kitchen under appropriate extraction. The grill will become extremely hot and needs to be insulated from any surface it sits on with thick tiles or similar.
