Japanese chefs take a great deal of pride in their knife collection, and if you visit a high end sashimi restaurant in Japan there will be a simple knife rack with the chefs favourite knives proudly on display.
Inspired by the magnolia wood stands used throughout Japan, Chef's Armoury presents a premium version made from European Beech. These stands are hand jointed in Australia by our master wood craftsman and feature tiny, recessed hinges so they can ship flat with no assembly needed.
The perfect addition to your kitchen.
Note: These are made from raw wood with no treatment and the colour of beechwood will vary batch from batch.

- To remove a knife, twist the blade to the spine first before removing the blade.
- When placing a knife on the stand, place spine first and then twist upwards towards the stand.
