• VG10 steel core normally reserved for kitchen knives is clad in 32 layers of damascus and CNC milled to perfection
• Impressive sharpness yet tough enough for your chicken, beef, fish bones and prawns
• Handles come apart for easy washing
• The scissors are not serrated so you can get them sharpened at your local sharpener
• The handles are injection moulded resin (you will see some lines from the moulding process)
• Supersharp, durable and comfortable to use
• PLEASE NOTE: do not use on super hard items like Mud Crab where you need to exert extreme pressure.
