Profile

90mm Paring Knife

Like all good paring knives this baby is thin and sharp with a seriously pointy tip that can be used for cutting out kitchen splinters.

Zanmai Hachi Series

This range from MCUSTA is pretty awesome for the price. The blade is made from totally respectable AUS8 stainless steel enhanced with molybdenum and vanadium.

The transition from blade to handle is totally seamless. The sculptured ergonomic handles are made from black pakkawood, perfectly milled and attached to a full tang with strong rivits. The Zanmai signature heel plate gives this budget series a luxurious feel.

MCUSTA Zanmai Knives

MCUSTA use a combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern day technology to create blades that are both beautiful in use and aesthetic.

  • Never put in the dishwasher.
  • Dry thoroughly after handwashing and do not store unless fully dry.
  • Do not cut through bones, frozen foods or extremely dense items.
