Organic brown rice has been used to produce this natural rice vinegar. Brewed using traditional techniques in Gifu prefecture, Japan.

Fragrant, umami rich with mellow acidity and light caramel overtones.

Use this vinegar to season sushi rice or for making pickles to add complexity.
