This is the spatula that all future spatulas should be benchmarked against. It's thin and agile with a slightly offset tip so it slides under even the most delicate foods. The wooden handle gives a cool grip when the steel gets hot and it sits on the bench without the greasy end touching.

Downsides are no dishwasher and the weld joint itself is a little rough and ready. Also the offset end makes it better for right handers than lefties. Is this the ultimate spatula? Almost, but after searching far and wide it outperforms anything else we could find.
