This delicious smoked soy sauce is brewed by 4th generation Yugeta san from Saitama prefecture. It's brewed naturally with Japan grown wheat, soybeans and sea salt and comes vacuum packed to preserve the freshness.
The wood used for the smoking process is sakura (cherry blossom).
This soy sauce will fast become a staple in your kitchen pantry.
