Yakiniku Dipping Sauce

After taste testing many yakiniku sauces this is the one that stood out from the crowd. The balance is salty/sweet with an umami hit and flavours of ginger, leek, soy sauce, garlic, and onion. This is a sauce that is used after cooking as opposed to a marinade.

Fantastic Japanese sauce for steak and other barbequed meats and veg.
