Kezuribushi - bonito flakes 80gm
Kezuribushi are shaved thin flakes of katsuobushi - blocks of bonito fish that have been smoked and dried. These very fine flakes are used to garnish dishes like okonomiyaki and can also be used for making stock. Bonito is high in Inosinate and contributes to Umami taste in the stock.
