Green Yuzu Kosho, 50g
An extra spicy yuzu kosho with Japanese yuzu peel, salt and potent green chillies.
No additives, no colourings, no preservatives.
Yuzu kosho has an intense flavour and a little goes a long way. It can be used in the same way as mustard to enhance grilled meats, added to sushi for extra zing or stirred into a bowl of noodles to add depth of flavour. It also makes an excellent addition to fried rice.
