Kaiden G3 Stainless 195 Usuba - Ebony
Profile
Kaiden Ginsan Stainless Steel Usuba
This is a limited edition high end usuba crafted for those hat demand exceptional precision, refined fit and finish and the convenience of low-maintenance stainless steel.
The Kaiden G3 Usuba is hammer forged from Ginsanko (Ginsan or G3) stainless steel by Hitachi. The Kaiden G3 usuba is expertly forged offering an excellent balance of sharpness and much of the cutting performance of high carbon steel while being considerably easy to maintain.
The knifemaking process involves joining a piece of hard Ginsan steel to softer stainless which is then hammer forged. The hard G3 steel becomes the sharp strong cutting edge while the softer stainless steel becomes the supportive spine of the blade and adds resilience.
The usuba is purpose built for precise vegetable preparation, while its single bevel geometry offers exceptional control and clean deliberate cuts.
This Kaiden Usuba is a standout choice for those looking for a high performance stainless vegetable knife.
Include a traditional saya - knife sheath for safe storage and protection.
