Makoto Echizen Knives
Makoto is one of Fukui prefecture's top knife sharpeners and older brother to Yu Kurosaki. His original claim to fame was the Sakura SG2 series, which has been superseded by newer lines. Makoto knives are highly revered around the world with particular attention paid to outstanding edge geometry. Strictly limited production.
