Oigen, est 1852, is transitioning to their patented “Naked Finish” across all export items of cast iron cookware. The premium Naked Finish is created by superheating to create a type of iron oxide on the surface. This helps resist rust and enhance non-stick properties. Best of all there is no harmful coating on the surface, actually there is no coating at all – just pure cast iron. Just season your pan and you're good to go.
