versatile santoku that will cruise through a variety of everyday cutting tasks.

Made with Sanmai (3 layer) construction a hard core of Ginsan is wrapped in softer layers of stainless that are textured with a nashiji (pear skin) finish. A really solid feeling knife that still has enough thinness to perform.

The handles are a very simple pakkawood design that curve in at just the right places for a comfort fit.

Very giftable knives with loads of personality.

Care Instructions

Knife care for stainless steel knives

  • Never put in the dishwasher.
  • Dry thoroughly after handwashing and do not store unless fully dry.
  • Do not cut through bones, frozen foods or extremely dense items.
  • Always cut with a smooth action and never twist the blade, sideways pressure will damage the blade.
  • Use Japanese waterstones to sharpen your knife.
