Turnaround for sharpening is usually 2 working days. Maybe longer depending on the complexity of the work.
Note: We sharpen Japanese chef knives only. No walk-ins without booking accepted.
New dates are released 21 days in advance.
Last date of sharpening for the year is 6 December 2025. Only a few spots left so book now to avoid disappointment.
