- See the future of Japanese knives with a brand new concept from Mcusta Zanmai. Immerse yourself in a world of possibilities where you can create your first fully customisable Mcusta chef knife.
- Get an insider's view on upcoming blade designs, new handles, new finishes and accessories.
- Visit the tattoo station for a Mcusta Knife tattoo (semi-permanent).
- Watch President Tomohiro Hasegawa construct a gyuto from some of the many options available.
- A lucky few will be the first globally to purchase a Mcusta knife from the new concept.
- Catch a rare glimpse of the $6500 Genbu Limited Edition set (last one available).
