Light brew: 1 teaspoon matcha, 80mL water at 80°C. Whisk until frothy.
Thick brew: 3 teaspoons matcha, 50mL water at 80°C.
Tip: Sift matcha, preheat tea bowl.
For making matcha latte, follow the recipe on the label for making thick brew and top up with hot, frothed milk of your choice. Add sugar to taste.
