Light brew: 1 teaspoon matcha, 80mL water at 80°C. Whisk until frothy.

Thick brew: 3 teaspoons matcha, 50mL water at 80°C.

Tip: Sift matcha, preheat tea bowl.

For making matcha latte, follow the recipe for making thick brew and top up with hot, frothed milk of your choice. Add sugar to taste.
