Hachido Bread Knife

It is rare to find a bread knife with a Japanese style handle, yet here we are.

There is a lot to love about this bread knife, from the tapered design, smaller serrations and the chunky, solid feeling mahogany pakkawood handle. For best results use more in sawing motion and let the knife do the job. This will result in a cleaner, straighter cut.

Use

This knife can be for a variety of tasks from slicing crusty loaves to more delicate tasks like teacake and Japanese milk loaf.

Please note: This is a right handed knife.
