Juuwari Soba, 200g

Whole most soba noodles are made from a blend of wheat flour as well as buckwheat flour, these are made from 100% buckwheat flour hence more expensive than regular soba.

Suitable for those who cannot or prefer not to eat wheat glutens. Apart from that they are a tasty, super healthy food that is lower in calories and higher in protein than pasta.

In Japan soba is said to lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels and is a very popular food with the elderly and health conscious.

Serve cold noodles with a dipping sauce or add hot noodles to a bowl of miso soup for a satisfying hot meal.

Soba Cooking Instructions

  • Put in a big pot of boiling water
  • Cook for 6 minutes
  • Turn off the heat and wait 2 minutes
  • Rinse in running water
  • Ready for you to fry, add to your soup noodles, or to serve cold with dipping sauce.
