For centuries, humanity has stared at vegetables and thought, "Yes, that’s round… so let’s attack it with something perfectly straight." It’s the sort of thinking that also gave us three-wheeled cars.

Carrots, potatoes, cucumbers - unchanged for millennia curved and organic - have been meeting straight-bladed peelers for quite some time.

And then after all this time, someone has had a moment of rare genius: a curved peeler. A tool that actually follows the shape of vegetables.

It’s simple. It’s obvious. It works. Minimise waste, maximise yield.

Made exclusively in Steel Town, Niigata Prefecture, the solid construction makes a 1980's Volkswagen look flimsy.

Fabricated from 18/8 Japanese stainless steel, this peeler will stay sharper for longer than regular peelers.

To wash, simply rinse under cold running water and dry.
