We have always wondered why vegetable peelers have been made with straight blades for centuries, while vegetables havn't changed shape from their round state for milllenia. Finally a curved peeler that more closely follows the shape of a carrot. Mind - blown.
Made exclusively in Steel Town, Niigata Prefecture, the solid construction makes a 1980's Volkswagen look flimsy.
Fabricated from 18/8 Japanese stainless steel, this peeler will stay sharper for longer than regular peelers.
To wash, simply rinse under cold running water and dry.
