Okimoto Saba 180mm Santoku

A santoku with rustic good looks for those of you with a no-nonsense approach to the kitchen.

Okimoto Saba Series

The Saba series features a rustic hammer finish, a sexy addition to your kitchen collection. With a little more weight than your average Japanese knife, these knives will suit those who prefer a little more heft.

Made of stainless molybdenum vanadium steel with a 50:50 V bevel, the Okimoto Saba series are easy to sharpen and maintain.

If you love perfect fit and finish buy the Mcusta Zanmai Hammer knives instead, but like all our Okimoto series, these are excellent value for money.
