These thin sheets of cedar are generally used to grill items such as fish, chicken and vegetables on a konro or hibachi.

For best results soak the sheets in water for 5 minutes before use and place on top of foil on the bbq. The cedar steams on the barbeque and imparts a rich smoky woody character to the food.

Can also be used in the oven under a roast or to cook whole / fillets of fish.
