Profile

210mm Gyuto - Chef Knife

An everyday workhorse knife that will comfortably cover most kitchen tasks.

Mizumi Series

The Mizumi series by Kuro Kuma is built with a singular purpose: uncompromising performance. Each knife is hammer forged from premium SPG2 powdered steel  creating a blade that balances sharpness and exceptional edge retention.

Designed to thrive in demanding kitchens, the Mizumi delivers effortless precision with the reassuring strength of a true workhorse. Its performance is matched by equally considered craftsmanship, where every detail serves both form and function. It features a true hamaguri grind for Nenox feel with a traditional Japanese handle.

The blades are paired with a luxurious handle of dry-aged ringed gidgee, complemented by a blonde pakkawood bolster.

Please note: The gidgee wood handles vary from lighter browns to rich chocolate tones.  No two handles are the same. The one you receive will not match the photo, but will have all the beauty of this outstanding natural wood sourced in outback Australia.
