Ever wondered how to fine tune your knife to a razor sharp edge everytime? Gadgets will help to some extent, but the true secret to getting a razor sharp edge is by using  Japanese whetstones.

If you have never sharpened a knife, or want to sharpen better, this half hour demo will give you the taste of true sharpness.

The session will be lead by Leigh Hudson who has trained in Japanese Knife Sharpening techniques in both Sakai and Seki, Japan and for the past 19 years has been teaching Australia’s top chefs how to sharpen.
