Premium Panko Crumbs

Panko is one of the greatest gifts to the world ever to come out of Japan. While the rest of the world was making breadcrumbs from stale bread, the Japanese were making bread for the sole purpose of making the fluffiest crumbs on the planet. All crusts are removed so only the white part of the bread remains for more even cooking.

This panko is made from 50% Durum wheat flour for a firmer texture and deeper flavour. It also absorbs 20% less oil than regular panko so you can eat 20% more without feeling any more guilty.
