Shinshuichi Red Miso With Koshihikari Rice
This is my wife's favourite red miso. It has a rich deep flavour and makes excellent miso soup. If you use this to make nabemono (hotpot dishes), it is an excellent base for crab or lobster and also vegetarian.
Add 1 to 1.5 heaped tablespoons to 600mL dashi stock to make miso soup.
